Scheduling is flexible, to suit the needs of individual students.

The following schedule is provisional guide. Scheduling is conducted on an individual basis and the following schedule does not proclude exceptions which can include classes with children and adults together.

Monday to Friday: mornings: adult classes, early afternoon: adult / children classes,
late afternoon: childrens classes, evening: adult classes
*exception : no classes Tuesday evening
Saturday : morning: adult classes, afternoon (1-5pm) : children classes,
evening: （5:30-) adult classes

Payment: Minimum payment is for the sum of 4 lessons and is to be recieved in advance of scheduled lessons

Examples of payment for common class durations (note: other class durations are available)

• Adult 2hr class: 2hrs. x ￥2 500 x 4lessons = ￥20 000
• Adult 3hr class: 3hrs. x ￥2 500 x 4lessons = ￥30 000

• Child 1.5hr class:　1.5hrs x ￥2 000 =￥12 000
• Child 2hr class:　2hrs x ￥2 00 =￥16 000

The Atelier maintains certain basic materials and equipment for student use. Additional costs may include materials, tools and model fees which may be ascribed to individual courses or projects.

Cancellation Policy: Please contact the atelier the day before a scheduled lesson for cancellation. No same day cancellations.

Students are accepted on an ongoing basis. Interested students should contact the Atelier and make arrangements to visit us for review and discussion of their own personal work and the direction that they are interested in. An introductory 1.5hr. trial lesson (free of charge) is included for this initial visitation. Trial lessons for adults are in drawing. Trial lessons for children includes drawing and painting. Ages 5 and up. No previous experience is necessary.

授業時間は生徒さん一人ひとりの希望に合わせてスケジュールさせて頂いておりますが、下記が子供の生徒さん又は大人の生徒さんの数が多い時間帯の目安になります。子供クラスの時間帯に大人の生徒さん、または大人クラスの時間帯に子供の生徒さんの予約も可能ですので、講師にご相談ください。

-平日：
午前中　大人クラス、午後前半　大人・子供クラス、午後後半　子供クラス、夜　大人クラス　（火曜日夜はクラスがありません）
-土曜日：
午前中　大人クラス、午後　（１：００〜５：００）子供クラス、夜：（５：３０〜）大人クラス

-１回のクラス時間は生徒さんのご希望に時間数で設定しておりますが、通常、大人２時間～３時間、子供1.5時間～2時間をお勧めしております。
-1回のクラス時間は最低1.5時間/クラスとさせていただいております。
-上記授業料は生徒１名毎の価格になります。
-授業料はレッスン毎に1回分を現金でお支払い頂いております。
-クラスはすべてプライベートレッスン又はセミプライベートレッスンとなります。
-授業で必要なベーシックな画材は全てアトリエで用意をしております。ただし、レベルおよび作業内容により追加の画材を購入いただく場合があります。

お支払い方法：４レッスン分一括のお支払いとなり、初めのレッスンを受講いただく前に、４レッスン分の授業料のお支払いをお願いしております。授業料をお支払いいただくと、予約カードに4回分のスタンプを押させて頂き、４レッスンはいつでも受講いただけます（要予約）。

お支払いの例：

• 大人の生徒さん2時間/回: 2時間 x ￥2 500 x 4lessons = ￥20 000
• 大人の生徒さん3時間/回: 3時間 x ￥2 500 x 4lessons = ￥30 000

• 子供の生徒さん1.5時間/回:　1.5時間 x ￥2 000 =￥12 000

随時申し込みを受け付けております。ご興味のある方はアトリエに電話またはメールでご連絡ください。またアトリエでは、無料体験レッスン＆コースの説明を行っております。生徒さん一人ひとりのご希望に合わせてコースを提供しておりますので、初心者から上級者、お子様からシニアの方まで、年齢や経験を問わず、皆様に楽しく英語でアートを学んでいただけます。1クラスは１～４名です。入会費はございません。
